My friend, who has completed all levels of training with Janie, recommended the Level 1 training to me and it certainly lived up to my friend's recommendation. It is a beautiful and life enriching training and I would certainly recommend it to others. I have now completed three reiki trainings with Janie and all of them have been amazing. Each time the experience deepens and the results have improved. The training courses up to and including Master Level have been interesting, very thorough and really enjoyable. The supporting documentation is always beautifully presented and easy to read and understand. I was a complete novice with no real understanding of Reiki when I met Janie and now two years on I feel really confident practising as a Reiki Master. Thank you - highly recommended.

The havening technique is very gentle and calming and Janie is very warm and welcoming. Self havening techniques taught in the session are really helpful to use when needed.
